The hotel is located in a proximity of 1 Kilometres from Sitapur Beach. Neil island serves the guest with direct conversation with mother nature and the hotel is beautifully located at Greenish area with great facilities. I personally loved the hospitality of the hosts and the services rendered by them. I ate both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Healthy, tasty and sumptuous food is served here including both veg and non-vegetarian. I will stay here only during my next visit to Neil Island.

Lots to love about this place. The ocean, peaceful vibes and testy food. Nice, simple bamboo huts with fan. Seafood is also excellent and affordable. Would stay again. Thanks for the good services.

Prime location. Opp Natural Bridge tourist attraction. Room with AC was specious and clean. Washroom was clean with hot and cold water.WiFi in room. Staff was quite welcoming and helpful. Nice garden view. Pure veg restaurant as well as non veg restaurant are right outside the hotel. Both the restaurant will get closed post 5pm. Hotel also has its own restaurant..Overall it was a wonderful stay.

I didn’t just like everything about this property I LOVED everything. Not a detail was left out. the location is perfect on the most beautiful beach on the island. the food is exceptional, the seafood is amazing. the beds are so comfy, and the rooms are gorgeous. I could go on and on.

This place exceeded all my expectations. I arrived as a guest and left feeling like a friend. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully serene—a real oasis. If you’re a dog lover, there’s an added bonus that makes the experience even warmer. Traveling solo and feeling quite unwell, I was incredibly grateful for the restaurant’s attentiveness; they catered to my needs, even during late hours. Truly outstanding service. Also recommended for families travelling with toddlers are the restaurant will customise the preparations. It's a road across from the beach and near all the happening spots of Havelock.

We booked the premium suite duplex room. But the room was like a kabadi shop.. it is quite old and broken rooms are all damaged. If any one will see direct .. it will jot sale for 500 rs and its rate in online is 6200. After request they had sifted to other lowest category room in other building
