Clean well maintained rooms with comfortable mattress & WiFi. What more could you ask for? Good value hotel with a host of different rooms with different price points. Good parking facilities for motorbikes. I slept very well. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. This Hotel deserves it's high rating.

Amazing value, staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean. We had a neighbor who started playing music pretty early in the morning, like 7:00am, but it was good Indian music and kinda added to the ambience, so we didn’t mind at all(you should be up for the sunrise anyways, which is amazing here). The staff helped us book transportation to our next stop and showed us around the temple. Also, if you’re going to eat somewhere definitely go to Open Sky restaurant

Must visit hotel if you are in Orchha + I came as solo traveller in Orchha,from the time i entered the hostel,all the staff is so welcoming and warm,i was so confused before coming here but they made it out easy,from check-in to check-out they assisted in everything .some points i really like to mention :- 1.Cleanliness : Rooms is so spacious with view,you will get direct sunlight in your room which is not possible in many hotels,and mattress is so comfortable, bedsheets, towels, washrooms, common area everything is clean and give you fresh vibes. Housekeeping staff is so supportive whenever you ask them to clean they will do in minutes 2.Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi speed is great, you can do work cation from this property. 3.Food: They have Prepare Homecooked Breakfast which is really tasty. 3.Location : This is the best property in Orchha ,they have mountain view from some Rooms ,and also 360' view. 4. Staff : Everthing is depend on the staff of any property,the staff there is cherry on cake , they are so warm, so welcoming, they will assist you in everthing. I am grateful that I found this property at a very decent cost considering its location and the view it provides. The location of the property is in the center of the city and all attractions are close. Moreover its just beside Ramraja Temple and the view is absolutely stunning be it any time of the day. Regarding the hospitality, the owner, property manager and care takers were very helpful, warm and welcoming even before my reached to my destination. The owner was grateful to reach out and guide me to reach the hostel and even the property manager was helpful in the same manner. During my stay the property manager was very friendly and helpful. He helped me regarding the places I could visit and also for food! I didn't feel that I was meeting them for the first time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyway who wish to visit Orchha and wants to have a hostel experience during their stay.

The stay in the hotel was great. 1. Good, spacious rooms for couples are available. 2. Great location ( RamRaja Temple, Raja Fort, Jahangir Fort, Hardol Vatika, Laxmi Narayan Temple and Cenotaphs all within 800 meters) 3. Co-operative & Helpful Staff. 4. We reached early and Aniket let us check-in early as the last night guests check-out late night. 5. Bathroom was super clean. 6. Itinerary made by Aniket was super perfect. 7. All the information provided by Mr. Aniket was another Beautiful Gesture by him 8. The hotel room was provided a bit earlier on request. 9 . Homecooked-Breakfast was good. 10. Hotel is at reasonable price. 11. The Sunrise from the Rooftop. 12. The best 360 view of the whole town from the rooftop was just incredible.

Rooms - small. Room facilities - very less. No window in non-ac rooms. Suffocating. Okay for November to February. Not recommended to those who are expecting a good stay. Only plus is its location. Bed is good though. Staff took extra Rs 178 stating that it has to be paid over and above the amount shown in Booking.com. Though reluctant, I had to pay as I checked in late at night and had family. They took advantage of it. Every facility from towel, soap, handwash, dustbin, are to be asked for and not available for guests. Had no chair (given after asking), no table, not even a closet to keep luggage!
