If anyone looking for THE best hospitality and clean place to stay with the family in Salem then GRT should be it. All 4 people at the reception and the manager are THE best I can ask for. Chef Udhayakumar's herbal soup made be craving for it again and again. His mango pickle is a big hit in USA and in Coimbatore. Please continue the best quality you are providing forever. This is undoubtedly one of the best budget hotels to stay in Selam . Location is 10 minute walkable to the old bus stand . I took a single room there recently while travelling to yercaud. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. same for the washrooms also. The reception guy , the guy with specs, was very nice and professional. my booking came with breakfast and their breakfast was alsofairly good. The have a small eating place in the bottom clean and well maintained. Rooms have hot water supply in morning . They also provide a toiletry kit with many items for free . If you want to eat outside or have a coffee, Hotel Sri Krishna is two minute walking distance and they have amazing veg food. in 1200 to 1400 range for a double room this hotel is great. Single Rooms cost half that of a double room the bathroom is shared though.
