I had an outstanding 14-day stay at Hyatt Place Hinjewadi Phase 1. This has been the best experience I’ve had in Pune compared to other properties I’ve stayed at. The hotel is well maintained, the room was comfortable for a long stay, and the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were excellent. The staff across all departments were consistently warm, professional, and extremely supportive. Service was fast, polite, and always delivered with a smile. A special thanks to the Kitchen & Chef team — Suman, Harsh Gaur, Vikas, Arun, Harsh Kumain and Nitesh Singh — for maintaining great food quality and consistency throughout my stay. The Service team — Swapnil, Rushikesh, Bhairavi, Rohan, Jatin, Lucy, Akash, Sachin and Shekhar — were attentive and courteous every single day. Special mention to Sejal (Service Manager) for leading the team so well. The Front Desk team — Sunray, Shubham, Gaurav, Jatin and Vaibhav (Trainee) — ensured smooth check-in, quick support, and excellent coordination. Housekeeping — Piyush and Lalita — kept the room spotless and well maintained.
