Location in Barrea was beautiful and peaceful, the village is small but very pretty. It is a small family-run location, rented two bedrooms with a small living room and kitchen. You can self-cook and all of the cafe bars and restaurants of the small village are within walking distance.

Such a nice flat with a lake view and an incredible host. We had a wonderful cosy stay in the warm flat mid November. The host made an exceptional effort including lots of helpful information and offers to help wherever possible. Highly recommend.

The location was beautiful looking right over Lake Barrea. The view from the upstairs deck was gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing. We walked around the village and also the ancient part of town. The house was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Our stay was only 2 days and would have enjoyed staying in the area longer. We were visiting nearby villages where my family was originally from. There was a larger town 15 minutes away with more restaurants if you didn't find one you were interested in, in Barrea. We would definitely stay here again.

The locations and grounds were excellent, beautifully situated overlooking Lake Barrea in Civitella Alfedena. Our host Louis made sure to mind every detail during our stay, and was more than hospitable.

Host was very responsive and helpful. The room was super cozy and bedding was comfortable, we slept very well. The breakfast served in our room was a nice touch as well!

Patrizia is very friendly and the facility is comfortable and affordable. The cleanliness is exceptional. Great way for us to meet and visit with friends.

Had most of the basic needs. Was in the village where we could visit family. Private parking spot. We could regulate our heat and hot water was sufficient. Clothes washer worked well.
