modern, clean, excellent breakfast- great value for money

It felt like going back in time. Very authentic. Old floors, big room, get hospitality.

Amazing dinner- delicious home cooked meal. Staff very friendly. Dogs and cats friendly as well. Wonderful Mountain View.

Very central. Modern finishes in an old building. Very charming. Top notch linens and super clean. Breakfast voucher to use at a great little caffe just 2 blocks away. Never met the host but they were easy to contact and gave very good directions and recommendations.

The Hotel is situated centrally. It is located 5 minutes from the train and bus station. You can easily get to many locations to hike and bike to high mountains. I have to thak Trillo "bus' service. For two euros Trillo picks you up at a convenient stop with their buses or mini-vans and takes you to the Dolomites just outside of Belluno.

Everything. The location, the host, the room, the breakfast. If there was an 11 I would give it.

Location is right in historic district. Host was easy to reach and very helpful. Apartment is spacious and clean. Backery and coffeee right below. Perfect.

The breakfast was awesome! Traditional Italian breakfast, pastries and rolls with butter, jelly, and spreads. Juice, coffee, soda, and water. Tables were available to eat inside or outside on the patio with a spectacular view of the Dolomite mountains! The hosts were fantastic! Free parking nearby inside a gated garage for security. Located less than 100 feet from the main square which held a car show and a vendor's market during our two week stay.

Great location- amazing views- food fantastic- staff and service outstanding from start to finish- would recommend, and will be booking again if i come back 100%

Great location, comfortable property, ideal especially for those that need to work on the go as you have a table in the kitchen and in the living room.

Beautiful space, very clean and had everything we needed for a successful trip

Everything was very clean, the hospitality exceptional. Antonio was a delight, insisted he take care of our every need, he even gave us a ride into town instead of us having to pay for a taxi. The property was beautiful. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Beautiful scenery! Quiet outside of the bustle of Belluno. Nice rooms with comfortable bedding and modern bathrooms. Great breakfast in the morning.

We loved every bottom of the property! Although, the energy of the place is amazing just like every other details. We felt cozy and very happy in front of the Dolomites. Was an incredible experience!

The friendliness of the staff, the place is very quiet with plenty of places to go for a walk in nature.

Beautiful property with vineyard, wonderfully restored building, excellent breakfast. Ilaria was incredibly kind, thoughtful and accommodating. She was very flexible with check in and went above and beyond to help me when my luggage was lost. I would highly recommend!
