Beautiful location for visiting interesting local attractions. Great host, who had lived in Boston so we had good English communication. Heat worked when needed and the WIFI was very good even on the balcony. Packaged products for breakfast and well equipped to fix other foods.

This is a wonderful retreat in the country with amazing mountain views right from your bedroom window. It feels worlds away yet it's just 10 minutes to Sulmona by car. The owner Michele sent great directions and even prepared a huge tray of fresh pastries that his mother had made to welcome us which we really appreciated after our journey. We immediately felt so comfortable and at home. The apartment, especially the kitchen, is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful time in between exploring Sulmona, the nature parks, and the lovely villages of Abruzzo. We brought our small dachshund with us and had fun playing in the front yard and relaxing in the hammock surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. We were fortunate enough to be able to purchase one of the last bottles of olive oil of the season produced from the olives on the property. It is delicious! Il Rustico Due is a special place run by special people. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again when we return to the area in November.

The apartment is amazing!!! The family is the warmest, kindest, and most accommodating as can be!!! The breakfast is spectacular and there is great variety!!! Convenient, host availability, outside space, parking

Wonderful apartment! So beautifully decorated, very spacious and quiet. Newly renovated and very clean. Only a few steps from Porta Sant’Antonio takes you to the center Piazza Garibaldi, about a 5 min walk. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The coffee and confetti was a nice added touch! The ac was an added surprise, it wasn’t in the listing when I reserved the apartment. I will definitely be back and looking forward to staying here again! Cinzia is so nice and welcoming!

Friendly welcoming owners, very beautiful location, convenient access to main road (private country setting, but not lost in nowhere), cute greeting committee of friendly dogs and cats, amazing patio, big comfortable space.

We loved the location. The room was a good size, clean with a/c and ensuite we had use of the kitchen and although we only stayed a night we will certainly stay on other visits to the area.
