Close to the city centre, very kind and professional staff, great cocktails on site, very clean rooms and convenient electric charging station available. Luca at the reception was so helpful when I was looking for recommendations for a hairdresser and everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. Exceptional hospitality. We also got to discover Ivrea thanks to this hotel and we are always thinking of coming back.

Spacious room, comfortable bed with memory foam cushions, beautiful place, the kitchen and dining area is stunning : well equipped (there is every you need), clean and spacious. Pets are welcome and there was a gorgeous parrot outside and a lovely cat. Communication with the host was very good and late check-in was easy and well explained. Highly recommended!

The host Silvia was extremely nice, flexible and humorous. Thank you very much! The house is great: modern, with a cool garden and practical furnishings. We wanted for nothing, thank you very much! The value for money and the location are unbeatable. We came as a couple with a dog and this was very uncomplicated, a small surcharge for the dog was fair and already announced in advance. Many thanks for the great time!

    Very thoughtful and helpful staff on all occasions. A welcome glass of prosecco for the two legged travellers and dog beds and bowls were already provided in the room for the four legged travellers! Decent sized room with a big bathroom and a super large walk-in powerful shower. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good. We aim to return next year.
