EVERYTHING. The views are absolutely stunning and it’s such a nice experience away from the busy town centre. It’s quiet, quaint, cosy and relaxing. I loved every second of my stay.

Very clean, friendly and kind stuff, pet friendly

We had a wonderful stay; the staff were very friendly and helpful. It served as a great base for visiting Cinque Terre (an 8-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the train), though we would have gladly stayed longer if we’d had the time. The rooms were spacious and clean, and there was a pool and a garden; dogs are allowed, too. There is a large parking area, and free parking passes for the town are provided. I highly recommend it and hope we can return someday, as our visit was definitely too short.

This place is honestly beyond words. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special — even the drive up to the hotel was absolutely stunning, with views that already set the tone for what was coming. We stayed in one of the sea view rooms, and I can confidently say the view is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever experienced. Waking up to that scenery feels unreal. The rooms themselves are just as impressive — incredibly clean, beautifully designed, and full of authentic Italian character. It doesn’t feel like a typical hotel at all, but rather like a truly special place with soul. The entire atmosphere of this place is something else. It’s easily one of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever been to, and without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Dinner was just as unforgettable. We had a full three-course meal — starter, main, and dessert — and every single dish was outstanding. Truly some of the best food we’ve had. A special mention goes to Matteo, our waiter. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine. We had such a great conversation with him, and he made the whole evening even more enjoyable. The staff overall are exceptionally friendly and warm, which makes the experience even better. This place is simply extraordinary — breathtaking views, amazing food, beautiful rooms, and genuinely kind people. I honestly can’t recommend it enough.

Great and very helpful hosts! Location is a bit remote, there is no sidewalk along the road towards railway station and city centre of Levanto but hosts will give you a parking permit for residents that allows parking your car in the area free of charge. Levanto is a great starting point to wander around Cinque Terre. If you like easy mornings - visiting the city centre of Levanto full of cafes, focaccerias and pasticcerias and chilling on a nice beach might be your thing:)

It was beyond our expectations. The apartment was perfect, beautifully decorated, great location with all the necessary. The personnel were helpful, friendly and quick to answer our questions. It was by far our best stay for our trip. Levanto is such a pretty place!

The location was brilliant, so central and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Levanto is a lovely town, and Michele is a great host. We were very happy with our choice. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, lovely to have the roof terrace and to have the cars locked up nearby.

Really enjoyed my stay here and loved this hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, bed comfortable and shower was great too.

The flat was perfect, right in the city center surrounded by good restaurants and less than 5 minutes walking from the beach!

Stylish hotel, view you could watch for hours and very nice pool area. Also good food if you dont want to go to the town to eat.

Accommodation was exactly as pictured. Beautiful and well-maintained accommodation. The location was perfect, 10 minutes' walk to the boat or train to visit Cinque Terre. The centre of Levanto itself is also great, lots of wine bars with delicious local food.

We loved how quiet it was. The young receptionist was lovely, very helpful and friendly. We spent hours by the pool relaxing.
