Beautiful castle stay surrounded by nature We had a wonderful stay at Castello di Lispida. The location is stunning, the atmosphere is unique, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. Everything was very clean, well-organized, and full of character. One of the highlights was the thermal spa and the swimming pool, which were both excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very easy to communicate with. Every question was answered promptly, and everything was clearly explained upon arrival. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. You are truly immersed in nature, surrounded by greenery, wildlife, and peaceful landscapes. During our stay we even saw rabbits and squirrels, which made the experience even more special. Future guests should know that a car is essential. The property is in a wonderful location, but it is not practical without your own transportation. There are only a few small points worth mentioning. In our particular apartment, the kitchen was located across a corridor from the main living area. Although it was private and we never encountered anyone, this layout was not entirely clear from the Booking description. The floors and doors were quite squeaky, especially at night. Also, because we stayed on the ground floor, we would have appreciated mosquito screens on the bedroom windows. The weather was beautiful, and it would have been lovely to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the fresh countryside air. The bathroom had a screen, but the bedrooms did not. That said, these were only minor details. Overall, this is a truly beautiful and memorable place, full of charm, history, and nature. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique experience.

Loved the location. The breakfast (Italian style) was set up early so I could get an early train and explore the nearby areas. It was very quiet. It had a nice garden. I felt I was in Renaissance Italy.

Nice rustic place with AC, new kitchen, bbq, nice pool and a great bed. The host is really nice, it was no issue to check in a little earlier then we anticipated. The room is spacious with more than enough amenities. Close to Padua by car and Venice by train but far away enough to be really in the countryside. Beautiful region to explore. You can hear the highway a little bit at night when you are outside but that did not bother us.

We enjoyed this beautiful house with its specious quarters and the wonderful garden, as well as the very private and peaceful setting. The hosts are young and pleasant, willing to listen to suggestions. The area around the property is near many tourist sites such as the historic Arqua Petrarca village as well as the fabulous Golf di Padua 27-hole golf course. The hilly topography is great for cycling enthusiasts, many hot springs (terme) to relax.
