There was a very laid back and welcoming vibe. The room was just what I needed as a solo traveler. Breakfast was great and Daniele made sure I knew how to use the coffee/cappuccino machine. I was given fantastic recommendations and I truly wish I could have stayed longer. Hope to be back.
