It was central and allowed us to easily access the historical centre and get up to Progreso for a day. All amenities were within walking distance. Works well for short stays and long stays. Communication with the owner is fantastic who gives you all the directions and access codes that are needed well in advance.

Wonderful hotel. Beds are super comfortable, loved the essential oil diffusers in the rooms. Nice bar and restaurant, warm and professional staff. Quick uber ride to centro or a nice walk. Quiet and restful.

Excellent hotel. This is my 2nd time staying here. The customer service is wonderful. The hotel and rooms are clean and very modern. The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet with very good soundproofing. The air conditioner works well for the Merida climate. The shower has very good water pressure and hot water. I also loved the bath. I had to work during my stay and the wifi has a very good speed, it worked well for me. Breakfast is included in the price, great options from cereals, fruit and hot foods. Good service from the restaurant staff. I never ate in the restaurant at night time but I would consider on my next stay. Highly recommended. A beautiful hotel.
