The place is immaculately clean! It is very relaxing, everything they said in their description is legit! They even have some bonus drinks in the fridge, coffee, tea, a generous amount of dishwashing liquid soap, all utensils and kitchen utilities are so convenient. The little things like rags, stylish cups,heavy duty blower, small videoke machine, noiseless and cold A/C, etc... premium stuff in that place, I can say that whoever is running that place is doing a very good job. Also, the owner was able to answer my 'hard to find on the net' question about which roads are covered by the vehicle coding scheme. And Grab Food and Food Panda were available too!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mia Apartments. The unit was cozy, well‑equipped with all the essentials, and truly felt like a home away from home. The host’s husband welcomed us warmly upon arrival, which made us feel immediately comfortable. The location is excellent — right in between SM Urdaneta and SM Rosales, making both malls very accessible and convenient. One minor area for improvement would be the air conditioning, as it didn’t cool the room enough for its size. However, this did not overshadow the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. A highlight was the café downstairs, Island Joe’s Coffee Lounge. It’s cozy, has a good selection, and quickly became one of our favorite spots. We especially enjoyed their americano, cucumber shake, bolognese pasta, and tuna cheese pesto panini. Special thanks to Kuya Felix at the café for being so accommodating. Overall, Casa Mia Apartments offered great hospitality, a prime location, and the bonus of a charming café right below. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A good 15 minute walk up to the gate. Gladly it can be found on Google maps so we can navigate through the village without getting lost. It's quiet and peaceful and we had a good night sleep. Necessities are complete, and I was surprised they even provided a bath towel.

I loved this place specially their beds are so comfy we really enjoyed our night stop over on this place. Quiet place we really enjoyed our stay.
