The location is in close proximity to Robinsons Lipa and SM City Lipa. The host, Jona was very helpful in all the things that we need. They also have netflix for all the guests. A nice touch indeed! We appreciate it a lot.

I had an excellent stay at this transient house! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, the beds were cozy, and all the basic amenities were available. It really felt like a home away from home. The location was also very convenient—close to restaurants, stores, and other important places, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the host. They were very accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond to our needs. Everything was well-organized from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this transient house to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and hassle-free place to stay. I would definitely book here again!

ambiance is so nice and their staff too

Me and my family stayed in The Farm for one night only but I can surely say that it was a relaxing stay. The staff are very accommodating, kudos to Hazel who assisted us during our check-in. I loved the room, its size and amenities within our Palmera Glass Villa. The breakfast was superb as well. Not sure if the management is already looking into it, but I hope in future there could be a transfer from the nearest mall to hotel which would be helpful for the guests who don’t have private cars. Overall, The Farm is recommended place to stay in Lipa!

The view in the morning and sunset are more than fantastic, the staff was very helpful especially Nico with great music taste, the food was heavenly the sisig i was served was one of the most delicious dishes ive ever had and for the drinks i would recommend their barako coffee.
