The property exceeded my expectations it’s much bigger , nicer and better overall. We had such a good stay with good wifi ( except when it rains but that is expected in Rwanda) the host was great and very communicative along with The guard. I would highly recommend this place to scribe looking to stay in the area.

Breakfast was delicious, filling and the service was absolutely top. Amazing views and rooms, amazing staff. I did a hike with them and they organised transport to Volcanoes. The highlight was dinner (not included in price but worth every cent). I am still dreaming of the fish. Everyone must visit!

Your place was very clean, everyone friendly and accommodating, very well located, near downtown but not so close as to be bothered by noise pollution. Your guidance on which places to visit made my trip cause I got to see and experience places like Buhanga, Twin Lakes, Bisoke and Hirwa Gorilla Family all with your assistance one way or another. I loved that it was a women owned eco resort. No plastic water bottles. The staff was wonderful. Helped me beyond belief getting the tour I really wanted with a great guide. Good food and even an espresso machine!!!

Firstly, to the staff: thank you, Madam Alphonsine and Jean D'amour! Professional, friendly, helpful, and engaged. I and my Husband spent 1 night at Ruhondo Island retreat,The tented room with a jungle view is lovely. Clean, cool green roofs, a mix of tradition and modern styles—I really loved it. The other facilities, such as wifi and the breakfast room, were all first-class. The location—OMG, can you get how great the island hotel is for full relaxation and being quietly safe? PERFECT. Excellent service. From the moment we arrived at the parking lot and got a boat, the staff was extremely courteous. They also helped us to book a good tour hike Mount.Bisoke in Volcanoes National Park with their professional tour guide. The food was very good and sumptuous.Other attractions: The hotel has a free wifi connection. They also have a greenery garden designed for reading books with scenery from nature and Lake Ruhondo.The rest... well, Musanze is a beautiful city with so much to see and do, and this hotel just complements and completes a wonderful experience.
