Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Västerås

I liked the hotel's interior design (with a lot of art and cosy spaces), the overall atmosphere, cleanliness, and service. Breakfast for every taste. Gym available. Very good location - close to the train/bus station. Grocery shope just next door.

all the facilities were open, spacious, clean, well organized (all info in English also well displayed),

Fantastic staff and service! We were a group of girls that stayed at the hotel before a wedding and we asked the staff if we could get a later check-out so we could prep in peace, and that was no problem for the staff. Very accommodating. Also good breakfast.

This hotel chain will always have the comfiest beds and great use of space in the room. Front desk staff was lovely and check in was easy. Great view from the room.

The breakfast was amazing. The location is central.

Great breakfast. Checking in was convenient and all staff very friendly and polite.

The hotel is very cosy, the staff is very friendly & welcoming, breakfast and dinner were really delicious, and there was even free coffee and fika. Additionally, the room was spacious and had a great view :)

Location and idea of the camp, easy access

We chose this wonderful hotel for my husband’s birthday getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the Steam Hotel made us feel like family. I am so grateful for each moment we experienced there. I would love to give a special thank you to those individuals. Emil, thank you so much for helping me plan the birthday surprise, it was absolutely amazing. Meresa , your enengy at check in , was out of this world. Thank you for your warm smile and kindness. Linnea and Alexandra, thank for helping me book our cinematic experience for two souls who love old movies. Sandra and Khaled, you two made our last night unforgettable. You both went over and beyond with your kindness and service. We watched Casablanca at ease. We had everything we needed. Thank you for a memorable moment. The location was perfect. The Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. I wanted to say a Big thank you to Tobias and Kate. They were so kind and helpful. Therese at reception, you are an absolute star. You were so attentive to our needs. We appreciate you so much. Sabina at reception, you have this positive energy , positive attitude, true embodiment of five star service. We hope to see you and the team very soon. Very friendly and gracious host who was very welcoming to his home. Offered us the experience we would have gotten with a hotel with the perks of living with a very interesting man!
