Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Kamnik

Beautiful small hotel with lovely surroundings few kilometers away from Ljubljana. Rooms are modern, tidy and nicely decorated with wood and a spacious bathroom. Service is impeccable and friendly. Good breakfast with a view on the garden. Alexandra makes fresh waffles!

Great hotel; great kitchen, great breakfast, great staff; great location and Kamnik is a beautiful historic small town with great mountain views; perfect!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! It was so incredibly peaceful, and one of our favorite moments was simply sitting outside in the morning, having breakfast and enjoying the beautiful countryside and the peace and quiet around us. Our room was so cozy and really felt like a little home away from home. But what made our stay even more special was the kindness, flexibility, and hospitality of the owners. They made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared for, which we really appreciated. Honestly, 20/10! 🤍 We were sad to leave and will absolutely be coming back!

This was my favorite stay out of all our stays in Slovenia. Tucked away on a residential street is this little oasis. Once you’re in there’s this stunning lush garden, fountain, and adorable wooden homes. The apartment itself was a perfect cabin complete with all the amenities and very clean. We felt very comfortable, safe, and at peace here.

Very nice cabin with great view.

- great location with wonderful view - great service, polite, and open to assist you with everything - very clean - very comfortable we also had our dog, so we had great fun playing with him in the yard - it was possible to make bbq as much as you wanted, so we enjoyed our dinners a lot our bbq dinners - the shared kitchen had everything you could need

Perfectly nestled close to the charming town of Kamnik and within easy reach of the stunning Velika Planina, this apartment sits in a wonderful spot for anyone looking to explore the natural beauty of the Slovenian countryside. Despite being close to the main road, the street itself is a quiet village road, so the neighborhood remains peaceful and pleasant. Kamnik is technically within walking distance, though driving is the more practical option, especially if you plan on doing any shopping (the town has everything you need). If you want to leave your car for a day and go to Ljubljana, there's a direct train connection from Kamnik , which works smoothly and comfortably (personally tested!). The apartment itself is compact but thoughtfully arranged, making great use of the available space. It has a cozy feel and comes equipped with everything needed to prepare a wide variety of meals. The beds are comfortable. The hosts are communicative, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.

We spent a wonderful 6 nights at this holiday home and cannot recommend it enough. It truly felt like a home away from home. What We Loved: Impeccable Cleanness: The entire house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Fantastic Space: The home is incredibly spacious, including a large, comfortable layout and a big bathroom. Modern Amenities: The brand-new kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and having a washing machine on-site was incredibly convenient. Thoughtful Extras: The hosts generously provided ample towels and enough toilet paper to comfortably last our entire 6-night stay. The View & Parking: Enjoying the spectacular view from the balcony was a daily highlight, and having a dedicated parking space made logistics completely stress-free. Wonderful Hosts: The couple hosting us were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful—and their dog was an absolute delight! We had an amazing stay and would love to come back. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

House with 100+ years of history in immaculate condition. If you enjoy staying in places that have long history - this is for you. House was used to smoke meat, part of the ceiling is still smoked and on occasion smoke smell can be perceived. Kitchen has everything you will ever need to cook, place is clean as a whistle, hosts are welcoming and always available. View of the mountains to kill for and swimming pool with cover - it retains heat so even on colder days water is reasonably warm and pleasant without bugs and leaves floating around. If you enjoy staying away from tourist crowds, don't mind driving 20 minutes to Ljubljana and reading a book for hours while hanging in a swing outside sounds like a paradise - this place is for you.

Room and bathroom, clean and space

The playroom next to the apartment was great (not included in the price). Great location and very clean.

Very family friendly, well thought out. Our children loved the animals and we loved that the resort had everything we needed.

Great apartment, very clean, very good location, hospitality was excellent, WI-FI was excellent, parking is available, communication with owners was very good. Kindly recommendation to enjoy in Alpine View Premium

Although it’s a bit small, the apartment makes good use of space with hooks, shelves, etc. for your stuff. Fridge, microwave, stove provided. Quiet, residential area. We stayed for a week to use as a base which worked really well for seeing what we wanted to in the country. We were able to do our laundry as well.
