This is a beautiful and well cared for property with really kind staff. It’s extremely comfortable and quiet! It was the perfect landing for our first two nights in Thailand. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us at the train station each day. It’s only a couple kilometers away but not walkable so the ride was appreciated. Activities are a distance but it was nice staying outside downtown to get our bearings. The breakfast was simple and a great start to our day. We enjoyed a dip in the small pool the morning we left. Thank you for your kindness and hard work. Definite recommendation!

Beautiful building with a beautiful room! The place is run by an Australian guy who's super friendly. Breakfast is free and it's insanely good. There is also a really cute dog that stays there. I honestly wish I lived in an apartment that looked exactly like this room.

My Family of 8 stayed here from 24-29 March. The place is big and spacious. Very clean and definitely worth our money. The location is near restaurants, convenient stores and supermarket. Grab is also very easy to book. The owner Kip is very helpful and responds almost immediately to our queries. If ever I go back to bangkok, I will definitely come back to this house.
