good service provided by the front desk, they are very friendly. Went extra mile to search and provided me some travel info, and reminded me of the train timing I should catch when checking out, which I really appreciated. The stay was undisturbed, without much noise.

Excellent if you need a place to stay near the airport. Staff were so kind, even though we didn't meet them. Check-in was easy and the snacks and self-serve breakfast were more than expected. A charming little place to rest pre- or post-flight. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

    offers a spacious room, 2 double beds, with ample space to move around, well heated room for the cold, a very comfy sleep. the toiletries & amenties w inroom onsen are very complete & segregated. comes w free entry to indoor swim pool, gym, public onsen. our teenager girl love the cat cafe. I like the succulents. we have the options to order ubereat or food panda, or dine at the inhouse restaurants.
