Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Amherst

Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Staff was great and accommodating.

Not to far from stores and the gym

I forgot my computer charger. The cleaner found the charger and gave it to the manager. The manager was so nice and polite he found my phone number and called me and told me that it was at the hotel. I felt that most places won't go the extra mile but he did. He showed me appreciation for customer service. I will definitely stay again.

Location is perfect! Easy access to every highway. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and courteous staff.

It’s clean and room is so good airy. Parking so convenient.

clean, nice room, friendly staff

Good location, quiet but not too far from where we wanted to be. Staff were so polite and helpful. Rooms were fantastic, clean, small kitchen was great and stocked with good quality toiletries. Good gym downstairs to use plus laundry place to wash and dry clothing. Would highly recommend.

Everything was great amd rhe staff genuinely friendly and helpdul Pool and excersize room gteat, well maintained. The room maids were veey helpful and friendly, a great job. The fire pit and outdoor space was nive. The breakfast was imaginative, and a cut above the usual bland, super.sugary or greasy stuff at most family hotels. The burritos and pulled pork was appreciared, great. And free Wed. beer! The kitchen staff cleaned well and were friendly.

The hotel staff, particularly a younger man named Matt, was exceptional. We didn’t realize the pool and hot tub were out of commission - we came to that hotel for that reason with our kids for New Year’s Eve. Matt gave us a few options and ultimately called the adjacent hotel and we were able to use their pool for the evening. We thought our fun New Years Eve tradition would be ruined - it ended up being awesome! Rooms were nice - big and very clean!

The people were outstanding in the hotel. We were there on thanksgiving until the Saturday. When we arrived everything was decorated for thanksgiving. Black Friday we went shopping early and came back to the whole main level decked out for Christmas. All people were great but there was a gentleman that checked us in that was exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was beyond anything I have seen at a hotel. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. The first day we woke up at six and everything was set up and ready to go. They even had a huge bowl of fresh fruit cut up, parfaits and anything else you could want.

Customer service was excellent. Included breakfast was excellent. Modern clean and well maintained room. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and surprisingly large compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-presented. The location is also excellent, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. Staff was very polite and helpful.

There was no breakfast. The location was OK for an overnight driving stop. Away from any sight seeing.

The cleanliness was great, check in was quick and simple!!

The location was very good. Good launching point for many visits around town. I love the cobblestone street out front. Good neighborhood. The house was well lit, easy to find; no problems getting in. The hosts were easy to contact and helped us out tremendously. The house was very clean and comfy. And the price was right!

Great communication; warm and convenient for our trip, it worked out well and was great value.
