Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Beachwood

Complimentary dinner and drinks!

The location has a good access from highway and provides a convenient parking space. There’s a mall nearby with stores and restaurants. The area looks well. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast. Nothing special but exactly what you may expect from a nice hotel. We enjoyed it. Coffee, tea, and a water station are available in the lobby. The reception staff were super nice and shared some advice about the area.

Great location! Right off the freeway, nearby restaurants and take outs, very accessible

Quaint little property with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Clean on inside and out.

Everything, clean, comfortable, good food

The staff was amazing. I stay here whenever I come down from buffalo to the Cleveland Clinic. The women in 3rd shift Constance was amazing and very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond.

EARLY CHECK IN AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

i was in need of a bathtub. The remodeliing of the hotel very nice. May consider replacing the curtains of patching the shade part. We light shining thru the patches, takes away some of the beauty of the up grades. Tub water wasnt hot, retrieve hot water from kitchen sink. perfect temp. ALL THE STAFF WAS AWESOME ACCOMMODATING ANY REQUEST.

Breakfast quality was great. The service was OK. There were only 4 patrons in the restaurant, and my order took over an hour and I was asked MULTIPLE times what my order was/

Fantastic and clean . Staff is amazing . They gave me free upgrade to a suite . Definitely will use them again

I used to stay at this location when it was another brand. I was honestly concerned that Candlewood had simply changed out their logo for the other one but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they have redone the lobby and have renovated the rooms. The staff was warm, friendly and welcoming and Prit cheerfully helped me with bottled water for my daughter each morning. The Suites are conveniently located just off of Chagrin Blvd and there is a Target and a While Foods within a couple of miles in case you forgot something. The rooms are comfortable with new mattresses, fluffy comforters and a combination of firm and soft pillows that are discreetly identified by stitching on the pillowcases. The hotel is pet friendly and other pets were well controlled by their owners. The hotel was quiet, so we were able to get restful night's sleep. The room we stayed in (double queen) had a kitchenette with a sink, flattop stove and small refrigerator along with dinnerware, cookware and towels, dish soap and paper towels making meal prep (my breakfast granola and my dinner salad) easy and convenient given my food restrictions. The key cards worked correctly all weekend (an issue with the previous brand) and checkout was easy. I will definitely look to stay here the next time I am visiting family in the area.

The room was emaculate! The cleaners are great!!Please give them a raise!!!

Great location for all we had planned for a long weekend exploring Cleveland. Very clean and all of the furnishings were comfortable. Enjoyable spaces for hanging out in the evenings and a good night rest. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Appreciated the off street parking.
