Winter storm warning was issued on the day of our arrival. Homestake was in touch via text on current road conditions and what we might expect when we arrived. This extra service was really appreciated. As it turned out, they just got a dusting, but it made for good pictures in the morning. When we couldn't figure out how the oven worked in our cabin they were there in a minute with a smile and a quick lesson.

Free breakfast is available each morning at this hotel and guests can enjoy a free area shuttle. Rooms include free Wi-Fi. The World Museum of Mining is 15 minutes’ drive away.

Property was clean and modern. Pet rooms were conveniently located near the grassy area. There was a bar and Perkins onsite and near the community ice center.

The lobby and room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, and loved that the room had laminate flooring! Breakfast and coffee was good as well!

Great location just off the interstate. Extremely quiet, clean and comfortable room. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. the shower was great and towels soft. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
