The shower needs to have some non skid decals in the tub floor.watching tv was a joke you need binoculars to see the screen.this high end establishment should do better in these 2 areas

It was a great hotel for our 5 night stay. We were in the area for a wedding and general tourism in Ohio. The staff were very friendly and professional and the location of the hotel was great for shopping and a short drive to downtown. The two guys on the front desk Harold and Christopher were especially friendly and helpful. Oh and the breakfast was really good and fun too!

Rooms were clean. the front lobby area was set up with games and tv. pool table as well. it was a perfect hang out spot for our family, between dips in the pool. staff was so kind and friendly!!!!
