Staff was very knowledgeable and polite

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good

The front desk gentleman was very friendly

Staff were very helpful and quick to assist me. Room was great, I had no issues.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. It was quiet. It was a very cold night and the room remained warm. Breakfast was decent. We had a problem with the TV and the front desk person came up and did what he could and offered us a different room. We declined because we needed to go to bed early. He was very helpful and polite. The price for the night was great. I would stay there again.

Great place and very nice staff

The breakfast hostess was always super nice and always greeted me. Same with the afternoon and evening front desk staff. They were friendly, happy and always had a kind word.

The staff was friendly.Breakfast was very good, had several good options. Room was clean and comfortable.

Checked in during PM shift- cannot remember gentleman's name but he was great and personable. The room was spacious and clean and I thoroughly liked that. Only commentary about the room: the window overlooked the porte cochere, which bocked any meaningful view. But that was ok for this stay!

Very nice and caring staff, room clean and good condition

Very clean nice staff big room

The staff is super personable. I feel as comfortable as I would at home.

Great size room. Loved all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent. Beds were very comfortable.

Friendly staff, very clean (lobby and room)

I was graciously allowed an early and late checkout. i had a great workout in the gym with the peloton. Friendly and helpful staff from front desk to cleaners.

Christy at Marion, Iowa at the reception went over and beyond.I would return here just because of her good attitude, service and helpfulness. She got me a map, answered my many questions and showed me different room options for future stays.Give that girl a raise! Probably THE best service I've ever received.
