I would especially want to thank Ashley and Dion. Ashley was ALWAYS so polite and friendly. When she was leaving after her shift. She took time just to talk with us. She remembered we were there for a wedding, and asked how it went.
Dion. Went above and beyond. Our television was not working correctly. He was in the hall and we asked for his help. He came in. Said it was probably the batteries. He went down Stairs and brought back new batteries. While always smiling
The night desk clerk on Sunday night (10 Sept) was also very helpful. We were looking for some place to eat. She was very knowledgeable of the area.
Last but not least. The ladies who ran the breakfast. Always so pleasant and very personable
Overall, the staff is/was very impressive

United StatesThe apartment was perfect… exactly what we were looking for. Cute as can be, super clean, cozy and even had a room for the kiddos. The location was great and the host went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had everything we needed. We will def be staying again!

We loved the location relative to the zoo and the aquarium. We loved the breakfast, the pool, and the cleanliness. Traveling alone with my children, I felt very safe. I loved that you needed a room key to access the elevator.

Breakfast was good, probably the highlight of the place, with plenty of options (including an automatic pancake maker!).
The hotel was located across the street from a plaza that included a grocery store, and the room had a microwave and mini-fridge, so we were able to get inexpensive food and save and reheat leftovers.
The beds were quite comfortable, the room was spacious, and the Wi-Fi was solid.

Good safe location. Decent selection of fast food and sit-down style restaurants. Meijer near by for any other needed items. Short 15-20 minute drives to a number of attractions.

The location was perfect ( very close to where we visited during Xmas ) , - I used to live close by before I moved to Michigan about 25 years ago, so I was very familiar with the surrounding area. The room(s) were exactly what I wanted -2 spacious, adjoining ones- the additional one was for my 2 teens) It was a very pleasant stay, with no problems or complaints. I will stay here again.

The breakfast was good, but it was the same thing every day - a little more variety would have been nice. We have stayed there before, so we know that the rooms have been updated, which was nice. The location is convenient for us, so we like to stay there.
