The room was fresh and so clean! The location was ideal — right across from the beach. The other guests were very friendly! The kitchenette was well supplied, and had every necessary appliance. Communication was cheerful and clear, and the price was very reasonable. We’re planning to make this our regular stop en route to Maine!’

Modern room with gorgeous brass and gold but when you step out into the neighborhood it feels intimate, Old New Englandy and peaceful. So many bunnies around, fresh lavender bushes, minutes walk from every shop and restaurant in Portsmouth. Doug was incredibly open for communication and the room was stocked with extremely fair priced amenities- never seen a bar so fairly priced (had I known I would not have brought my own liquor). They had a white noise machine and Doug made it clear any after hours noise was prohibited since it was a residential area. I needed the quiet coming from NYC so that was really nice. Check in and out was easy, felt like a really high end rental. Will recommend to everyone.
