Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Henrietta

Absolutely loved everyone. The staff was very friendly. The most comfortable bed. Very clean. The location was perfect. I'm already planning another trip back and will definitely being staying at th RIT!

What you expect, easy, clean, affordable

I really liked the room. Has an L shaped desk.

Crystal at the front desk was so wonderful, I'd stay there again just to have her greet us. Our room wasn't ready until 3:30 she went above and beyond to make us comfortable as we had to tired and hungry children...thank you Crystal

Everything was perfect! Great location, comfortable beds, clean hotel. There are some renovations but nothing that ruins the experience. Our room was close to brand new. I would 100% stay here anytime I’m in the area. The front desk staff were lovely and beyond helpful. Highly recommend!

It looked like miniature apartments.

Check in was quick n easy, room was definitely amazing. I got there a day early and they were able to accommodate my stay. Definitely will be back.

We had to stay for about two weeks and it was not bad. The staff was great and helpful! The room we were in did need some upgrading like the outlet plugs but besides that everyone was nice. Wifi worked, the laundry facilities worked, the location is in a plaza with Tops and a Dollar Tree so that was helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and with good choices.

Room was a suite and it was huge. Very comfortable and luxurious

Clean room. Hotel is always exceptionally clean. Staff is very helpful and courteous!

Great location. Excellent communication with Nelissa & Ivan. Amazing space, clean, well organized. A family of four can stay without any problems.

Clean room and building. Lighted parking.

Loved the loft style and it was clean. Great place for the few days we stayed mid March scouting out colleges Could have had heavier/ warmer blankets

Check in process was very easy, the loft was spacious and clean my family and I enjoyed all the amenities including the game table! Will be booking again in the future highly recommend.

I always Love staying here it feels like a home away from home. I go sometimes just to get away from the stress at home and they are very pet friendly and that's another reason why I love this place!! One I was ready and I was calling and they weren't coming of course you sometimes they like to hide but I had looked everywhere for them. I ended up having to leave them there 😭😭. The manager calmed down and finally I explained what mean while the other Manager was getting a call basically saying that one of my cats got scared of the vacuum and jumped out of the hiding space they were to put him in his car cage. So the other come back we found them. I was so scared that I had lost my babies and they brought them back to me didn't charge me at all. And they were just Amazing and I never forget that! Thank you so much 👍🏽

Responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our late arrival request.

It was a really spacious apartment in an excellent location. The parking was ample and the check in was very, very easy. The large TV was easy to use to watch Netflix and YouTube.

Everything was wonderful for the price.

it was very clean & I enjoyed my stay
