We had to stop overnight, as we were headed back to Illinois. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and temperature in room was perfect, given that snow was expected. Breakfast was great and they had a good variety of coffee. The staff went above and beyond, as my makeup bag was left in the room and they called and made arrangements to mail it to me. Exceptional service and hotel. Highly recommend this wonderful location.

This was our second year staying. We stop there on our way to St. Louis. Staff goes out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant. Tv wouldn’t work and ice box wasn’t working she moved us to a different room. We will stay again next year.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, property was quiet and peaceful, very convenient location. Staff was prompt, helpful, and friendly during all interactions and requests. Will be staying at Regency again.

Quite and bed was completely wonderful
