The staff, everyone, from José at front desk to Stephanie at pool bar and François at breakfast, everyone was very nice, helpful and courteous. The room was spacious. Our AC was not working properly so we were moved to an even more spacious suite!

The history of this place is incredible and the architecture was so unique; you really can’t find another experience like this. There’s so much within walking distance, no matter what you might be into: murals; boutique shopping, great food, concerts, people watching, or walking around one of the longest-inhabited places in the U.S. The staff is also phenomenal!

Coffee and creamer were provided— always helpful to have on hand so a grocery run is not urgent on arrival! Team was super responsive. Centrally located and easy to get to many points in the city. Beds were comfy and bedding good quality.

The place was clean and just as described in the listing, which we appreciated. It was a comfortable stay and the location was convenient. We appreciated the coffee, and the fixings they leave for guests. Close to stores, Sabino park, Mount Lemmon. That said, it didn’t feel particularly warm or welcoming. Communication with the host was minimal, which wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a solid stay if you’re looking for something simple and straightforward.

The hostess were so organized everything was labeled and everything that you needed was in the apartment. They also responded to all our needs and questions that we had. It was a superb place to stay clean. The directions were easy from the hostess, and the communication from them were great. They even had crumbled cookies as a welcome gift when we got there.

    The location was ideal. We especially love that the house was pet friendly with a second fence for our furry baby. The house was immaculate- great kitchen! - We really value and appreciate a real live person answering our questions as we arrived. We are not fans of the AI generated responses. - Great backyard and front patio only it was too hot to enjoy it. We plan to return during cooler weather to take advantage of the gorgeous outdoor areas. Gear neighborhood for early morning walks.

    We arrived late, and the ladies there had excellent customer service. I agree with everyone that it is a very spacious and clean room, beds are comfortable , but I did wake up with a rash on my legs and the same with my husband's back. Although nobody else mentioned anything, so that was great, it was probably just our bed. I am a dog-friendly person because I have dogs on my own. My suggestion to every hotel that allows pets should not have carpets at all. Overall everything else was excellent!

    Complete remodel, very clean, modern and great vide for couples and singles. Food and full bar on site, and the food was excellent! Best of all, this isn’t just a ‘dog friendly’ location where they tolerate your dog, but rather a welcoming place for your pup. They have a landscaped back lot where you can walk your dog, with a bio-break area including supplies. If you like to get out and ride bikes, it’s very close to the trails, and they rent good bikes right on site. A lovely stay.

    it is a very cute hotel/motel. loved all the murals and the vibe. not to mention free glass of wine when checking in. def loved that it was pet friendly and no extra charge! I seemed to be in decent location for the money. we used it for jumping off point to visit Saguaro National Park.

    Used to be my favorite chain due to pet friendly. Willing to over look a lot. But now not so much. Rooms are outdated, and not as fresh as other chains. Landed on the month the new pet policy took effect per day. Not a great value anymore. Really sorry, can’t stay loyal anymore. When others are offering more bang for buck. Don’t need breakfast, or pool just need a welcoming space for doggie. Bye La Quinta, we had a good run.
