The house is in a great location in Yuba City. It was extremely cozy, clean, spacious and made us feel like home with all the household amenities, furniture and decor. Having a washer and dryer was convenient and a huge plus for an extended or even short stay. The backyard is big with outdoor furniture and nicely landscaped. Due to our schedule and timing we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but what a great addition to your stay if you get the chance to enjoy them! Christina was amazing and always quick to respond to any of my questions or needs. I highly recommend The Charming Home with a Pool for your next stay in the Yuba Sutter area! You won’t be disappointed! Excellent property, all the way around!

My husband, the puppies and I needed a place to stay for 3 weeks during our transition of selling our home to buying our new property. Misha’s Hunn Cottage couldn’t have been more perfect! The host/owners of the property were very friendly! They were great communicators and made it easy for us to access the property! We felt secure the entire stay. The house was cozy and inviting and had everything we needed to make us feel at home! We highly recommend Hunn Cottage if you’re looking for a great place to stay in the Yuba/Sutter area!

First off they overcharged me an extra 20 dollars a night. My room was dirty and the floor not mopped, my feet were black from walking on it. They were rude at the desk, air conditioner made LOUD noises each time it went on. My bed was very old and horrible to sleep on. Dirty tired old motel. I will never stay there again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was super friendly. The room was more than I expected. What I thought would be 1 room with 2 queen beds, was actually a small apartment. We had a living room area, and 2 bedrooms. The beds were super amazing. Comfortable and soft. I slept really good. The AC in the bedrooms were amazing and they had controlled window blinds.
