Comfortable bed but wish the heater had of been on prior to arrival as it is so cold. Great Breakfast options and water pressure was amazing! Staff very friendly.

Absolutely lovely space in a beautiful location. The dogs were so friendly and the fireplace was so cozy. I booked again immediately after staying. The kitchen and home had everything I could need. Lovely.

A very unique place, extremely comfortable and cozy, and it was completely clean. The shower was very, very clean—perfect for showering without flip-flops. At night, it was incredibly comfortable to sleep surrounded by nature. Also, the place was very beautiful. Place was a showed in pictures.

Everything. The wonderful owners provided the best equipped kitchen and rooms we had on our trip. Very comfortable. They had a large private pool to swim in as well. Wish we could have stayed longer. Parking was right in front of house off street.

Our recent stay at the Abington was nothing short of delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the house. Every corner was tidy and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The amenities were fantastic. The heaters kept us warm and cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for our family getaway. We loved that the kitchen was stocked with breakfast essentials like butter, milk, eggs, and cereal. It made our mornings easy and enjoyable, allowing us to savor leisurely breakfast together. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor fire pit. We spent a wonderful evening roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with the kids, making lasting memories under the stars. Our host was incredibly nice and friendly, always available to answer our questions and ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the farmhouse and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend it for families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat.

Arrival and Check-in Despite arriving quite late at around 9 PM, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff had left clear instructions for late arrivals, which was very thoughtful and made me feel welcomed right away. Accommodation The lodge itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. Facilities The lodge boasts excellent facilities. The fully equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation, and the living area was perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was reliable and fast, making it easy to stay connected. Surroundings The location is stunning, nestled in the serene environment of Waratah Bay. Waking up to the tranquil surroundings and the sound of nature was truly refreshing. Although I only stayed for one night, I could see how this place would be perfect for longer stays, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The house is so clean and facilities are really nice. If we had more time we would like to stay more. We Really love this house and will book again in the future !!!

Surprisingly the house had almost everything we needed for the stay which really made it a home-away-from-home, even the free coffee pods was an add-on, . The place was big enough to comfortably fit all 12 of us and was very homey. The rooms were also excellent, my brother-in-law happens to be an interior designer and absolutely loved the setting.
