Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Everything was perfect Spa was excellent Super clean

It is not far from the ski zone and there is a very convenient shuttle straight to the slopes. The staff is very kind and always in your help. The rooms are clean warm and cozy. The hostess - aunt Stefie, was very kind and polite. Interior was quite unique and interesting, everything was clean, Wi-Fi was excellent, parking nearby was relatively easy. There is coffee maker in the bar/lounge area, refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen. You can sit in the yard and enjoy a drink and/or a meal.
