Such a great place to stay in the Isla del sol. The room was spacious, the beds comfy and very clean. Gladys’ breakfasts in the terrace were awesome. She is such a lovely and attentive person! Would highly recommend.

Located in Comunidad Yumani in the Isla del Sol Island region, Inti Illimani Lodge features a garden. The property has lake and garden views. A à la carte breakfast is available daily at the lodge. Staying here made our visit to Isla del Sol more memorable. The place is conveniently close to the Temple of the Sun (Pilkokaina). We arrived via a Bolivia Hop ferry tour that stopped at Pilkokaina port, followed by a walk up the steep hills to the accommodation. It's a bit away from Yumani village, approximately a 25-minute walk. Be cautious when walking back from late dinners in the village, as there are no streetlights. The owner kindly prepared a simple dinner of trout for us. They have a kitchen where you can boil water and use the microwave. The view from the accommodation was phenomenal, offering us the most beautiful sunrise views right from our bed. The night sky was incredibly clear, allowing us to marvel at the stars and Milky Way.Breakfast was delicious, featuring eggs and fruit. The heater was provided, ensuring our comfort during cooler evenings.

INTI WASI LODGE er staðsett í Comunidad Yumani og státar af einkastrandsvæði og garði ásamt veitingastað. Great location and amazing views. Breakfast was tasty and the room was beautiful.

TITITI QALA HOSTEL er með einkastrandsvæði, verönd, veitingastað og bar í Comunidad Challapampa. Herbergin eru með verönd með fjallaútsýni og ókeypis WiFi. The bed was very comfy. I loved the heavy blanket. The view is beautiful. The stuff is very friendly and will help you with any questions (Spanish). Basic breakfast with fruits, bread, jam, juice and coffee/tea. I loved the north part of the island the most where this hostel is. People are more friendly and relaxed. VERY IMPORTANT: On the north side, you can enter the island without climbing a steep hill up with your backpack, which you have to do on the south side. The hostel provides internet in the morning and evening which worked well. If you need it during the day you can go to the nearby restaurants. But everyone is hiking the beautiful island in daytime anyway. I recommend hiking the island from north to south over the mountain and back from south to north on the beach side. It's easier. You can easily get around if you start your hike between 9-10 am. So you have enough time for breaks and lunch. Enjoy

The rooms were very large and modern. The bathroom was large modern and very clean. The room had a heater and the beds had plenty of blankets. The service from the owner was fantastic. And she gave us delicious breakfasts. The hotel is located near the top of the Inca stairs and provides excellent views out over Lake titicaca. It is close to the hiking trails and the main restaurants in the town. Super value at this little hotel.

Very accommodating, we arrived quite early and they kindly arranged for our room to be ready. The views are also stunning!
