Dominique was wonderful and even drove us to the station at the end of our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and had everything we needed and was in a lovely neighbourhood near the lake- which was amazing - and also had good access to the main town. Dominique showed us a place to leave our bikes safely which was also really helpful.

Located in the city centre next to the small Suze canal and the pedestrianised shopping zone, the Mercure Biel hotel is easily reachable on foot from the main station. The property is ideally located. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the many shops and stores in the old town. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I stayed 3 times within a 3 week span of time and was able to check in early on all occasions. The rooms are clean, a good size, and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.
