From start to finish we absolutely loved our stay at the Happy Dragon Courtyard. The hotel is situated in a traditional Hutong setting and is styled to match. The staff are all so welcoming, and all go out of their way to assist with all your needs. We did the dumpling making course followed by the traditional Chinese meal with local wines and beers and it was superb. The master chef was excellent at showing us step by step and complimented us with how well we did. The food he prepared alongside our dumplings was superb. We will definitely be back to this hotel when we return to China. The room is decorated in a beautiful style and the courtyard in between made me think of Yu Garden in Shanghai. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the addition of drinks provided in the room was great. We only had breakfast twice during our stay due to having activities booked early on the other days but when we did have it, it was delicious. The staff tended to all of our needs and even provided us with a breakfast package to take with us on our day of departure at 0530. The hotel is also situated in close proximity to the Lama Temple and line 2/5 on the Metro making it easy to get to all the main attractions.

De absolutamente tudo, passamos por vários hotéis nessa viagem a China, mas sem dúvidas esse foi o melhor e o mais especial. Desde os funcionários, preciso elogiar o Gerente de experiência ao cliente, Stephen que foi essencial e inesquecível, ao ambiente, a localização. Os restaurantes dentro do hotel é inesquecível.

Encounter Garden Great Wall Holiday Guesthouse oferece bicicletas grátis, piscina ao ar livre com funcionamento sazonal, jardim e lounge compartilhado em Pequim. A localização é perfeita para quem quer ir a muralha da China e não ser tão cheio como a mais proxima da cidade. Você pode ir a pé até o portão do parque. O hotel é super aconchegante e os funcionários são super solícitos e simpáticos. Tem um café no hotel e também piscina, mas como era início de Abril não estava cheia ainda (por estar frio)

金山岭 古北口长城 聚友缘精品民宿 está a 15 km de Muralha da China - Simatai e oferece um lounge compartilhado, um terraço e acomodações com ar-condicionado, varanda térrea e Wi-Fi grátis. the stay exceeded my expectations. both hosts are welcoming, enthusiastic, and down to earth. when we arrived, we discussed our travel plans with the hosts and they gave us plenty of helpful suggestions and even offered driving service. after exploring jinshanling the next day, the host picked us up, gave us a quick tour around gubeikou town, sharing the beauty and history of the town, then sent us to the train station. breakfast was authentic and delicious (loved the soy milk, 油炸饼, and 疙瘩汤). overall, this was a wonderful start to our beijing trip, with comfy place, thoughtful hosts, and beautiful surroundings. highly recommend staying here. 10/10.
