The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. My daughter absolutely loved the Lego! I really appreciated the Chinese-style architecture and interior decoration throughout the building (the photos don't do it justice), while the rooms, with their Japanese-style decor, offered a completely different yet harmonious vibe. My wife especially enjoyed having access to the washing machine and the beautiful terrace in the back where we could hang our clothes. Overall, we felt comfortable and truly at home.

Layout, size, facilities. Child friendly have children playground and playroom, it even have pet zone with rabbit and birds chirping for distraction. Hotel is complimented with a robot handling delivery food straight to your hotel room. The size of the unit is absolutely amazing, very very comfy for kids to run around.

Location is very convenient; next to the train station and food stores! Place was clean and felt very homey and owner explained all the details very well. Owner was friendly and had open communication with us on any queries we had as well as providing an itinerary for the city.

The landlady was very helpful and sweet and we even got a room upgrade with a great view of the lake and town.

Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is ideally situated in the centre of Suzhou, and features a garden, free WiFi and a bar. It’s new and the food is stunning, also the service is excellent

The bed is comfortable and the location is extremely strategic very near to PiShi street and DongGuan street. The staff and owner will provide you with all local recommendations.
