Most importantly, I want to mention the help I received in a critical situation. During my trip, I lost my bag with my passport and money. In addition to the police, the hotel staff played a huge role, especially the manager 安東尼. For several days he communicated with the taxi service and eventually managed to recover my bag. It was not easy, but thanks to his persistence and dedication, everything ended well. I am very grateful to the hotel team for their professionalism, care, and genuine support. They not only provide comfort in the little things but also stand by their guests in the most challenging circumstances.
