Cabañas alto del aguila í Puerto Nariño býður upp á 2 stjörnu gistirými með garði. Hótelið er með fjölskylduherbergi. I stayed for 3 nights and it was great to get away from a city and into nature. You are surrounded by lush vegetation, lots of monkeys and a couple of beautiful parrots. I took their kayak for a paddle into the lagoon where I saw some dolphins cresting the surface and more monkeys along the shoreline. Did not do any tours because I have some booked in Iquitos. But after talking to a couple of guests, they said their tours were really good. The hosts were very friendly and kind. I had a back cabana which was very quiet while you listened to the sounds of the jungle. I had a surprise visitor one morning when Lulu came to say Hola. Highly recommend this place.

Very good location in a quiet area. The host was so kind and helpful. He allowed us to check in at 9 am and check out at 1 pm on our last day with no extra charge. Homemade breakfast served every morning at 8 am. Free water fill up which is a bonus to not have to buy water. Nice seating area in the lounge as well as an upstairs deck.

We were genuinely and pleasantly surprised by this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself and felt truly cared for by the entire team throughout our stay. The property is beautiful – spacious, rustic in the best possible way, and maintained to an impressively high standard for this region. What stood out most was the discreet and attentive staff: always present when needed, without ever being intrusive. You can feel they genuinely care about the well-being of their guests. All tours were organized directly through the hotel – smoothly, reliably, and tailored to our preferences. Transportation was also fully taken care of, which made everything stress-free. The meals were freshly prepared with care and love – a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The pool was a great spot to relax after our adventures in the jungle. No request was ever turned down – we truly felt at home. One thing is certain: the next time we return to the Amazon, we will stay here again!

Our stay here with Leo and his wife, Elizabeth, exceeded our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and the hammocks are a great way to unwind after a long day. Leo took us on amazing adventures and when conflicts with scheduling happened, he saw to it that we were well taken care of. He speaks some English and we speak some Spanish, but it was only a small obstacle and it didn’t take away from the tours. Leo is incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the area and Elizabeth is an amazing cook. It felt like they had included us as family during our stay. Thank you for taking such great care of us during our adventure. We would recommend this stay to anyone.
