We stayed there before and after coming back from a jungle trip and it just felt like coming back home. Highly recommended!

We communicated very well with the hosts and received local information and advice about tours and local life. Easy to find location in a quiet area and is 15-20 minutes walk from the central area. Very clean room and equipped with air conditioning a very good quality-price ratio. We will definitely come back to this location when we return to Leticia.

Very nice lodge in Puerto Narino, we were staying in a double room with, comfortable bed, there are two very efficient fans and a mosquito net around the bed (we were there during a dry season so not many mosquitoes). Breakfast, simple but nice, served at a little terrace, and a small kitchen is also available. There is a nice balcony with a view to the river to chill. The staff can help you organise activities in the Amazon with their guide Alex, who took us to a nice trip to a village across the river in Peru, to see the sloths and visit a community. They have a wide range of activities, recommend informing yourself a few days before and making a plan, but you can also find something on the spot. Be advised that there are domestic animals in the gardens around so you will likely wake up early with the sound of roosters - but that is part of the experience!

The owners were beyond accommodating for us following a late arrival due to delayed transport and then helped us with getting passports stamped and getting to the airport. The hostel itself was a great location with perfect, clean facilities and amazing staff.

The family collaboration and attention to detail along with personalized tours/amazing food made our stay here very special. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough for us and were genuinely always there to help and ensure we got the most out of our trip.

Our stay here with Leo and his wife, Elizabeth, exceeded our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and the hammocks are a great way to unwind after a long day. Leo took us on amazing adventures and when conflicts with scheduling happened, he saw to it that we were well taken care of. He speaks some English and we speak some Spanish, but it was only a small obstacle and it didn’t take away from the tours. Leo is incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the area and Elizabeth is an amazing cook. It felt like they had included us as family during our stay. Thank you for taking such great care of us during our adventure. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

My stay was amazing. The lodge is immersed in the Amazon forest. The location was ideal as it is easily accessible by bus from Leticia. Mario and Joana welcomed me and were always around in case I needed anything. Joana helped me organize activities around the Amazon and even helped me plan the rest of my trip to Iquitos. She arranged breakfast earlier than planned when I needed to leave early and prepared a small desert for me when I arrived. I truly felt welcomed and loved my stay at Renase.
