The owner was very kind and allowed me a late check-in due to my evening flight. Just a minute’s walk from the property is the Nile, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and watch hot air balloons floating in the morning sky. The room I stayed in offered a partial Nile view. It’s an affordable, comfortable place, and I highly recommend it.

The people here at Peace garden are friendly and always helpful. The owner is also always willing to help and go the extra mile. I would recommend this place to stay when you come to Luxor. It is peaceful and away from the busy city. The view is great and it is situated among farmlands. They give exceptional food and drinks. Their bathrooms are very clean because they are cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner is included daily. Thr food is real Egyptian food and taste amazing.

We enjoyed the room very much! Breakfast was delicious and they prepared very early for us. There was a tuktuk driver who was taking us to the Ferry and the price was reasonable. We also arranged a transfer to the airport. I totally recommend this place.

The price and quality relation is very good. The apartment is spacious, but cozy. It's in a small street but close to bigger street with supermarkets etc, also close to Karnak temple. The host is very helpful, willing to organise transport to and from the apartment, and available for communication.

Nour el Balad is an absolute gem tucked away from all the crowds. The guesthouse is a traditionally built home with lovely little details and decorations everywhere, and palm furniture including the beds. The breakfast included is delicious, but make sure to stay for lunch or dinner — the roast duck and molokhiya are absolutely outstanding! Luxor’s restaurant scene isn’t amazing and we ended up eating dinner at Nour al Balad every night of our week-long stay. Abdullah and his team offer warm hospitality and can also help with transfers and taxis as needed. We have stayed there twice now and can’t wait to return!!
