The accommodation provides room service and luggage storage space for guests. One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in due to its surroundings and it being a Château. The big surprise was dinner! Maite is the most amazing chef. We didn’t miss one dinner! Fabulous hosts.

I was made to feel so welcome by the hosts, despite my very bad French. the room was great and everything very clean and recently renovated. the breakfast was super with the best coffee I’ve had on my trip through France so far.

She knew very little English but spoke clearly and slowly so we could practice our French! Breakfast was excellent!

They are friendly and helped us in any way possible. The room was large and clean. We also loved the special shower. Breakfast was very good. We dined there one evening and dinner was also very tasty and recommended. They are an amazing couple - renovating and building the hotel - all by themselves. i which them lots of success and recommend staying with them.

With free WiFi, this 3-star apartment offers a 24-hour front desk and an ATM. The apartment also offers facilities for disabled guests. Very nice accommodation in a recently restored historic building. We were very impressed by the presentation of the apartment, the internal courtyard and patio. Apartment itself was modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm (we visited in January). You have everything you need on your doorstep but the hosts also made an honesty shop with some local products and all well priced. Check-in information was provided in good time and hosts were quick to respond to messages.

Laurence, the host of the property was unable to meet us on the day we arrived but he messaged me with very explicit instructions and gaining entry to the appartment was easy and stress free. You enter through a downstairs garage and up a wooden staircase, but when you enter the appartment I must say that it definitely has the wow factor. An enormous open plan living room, dining room and kitchen are the first things you will see, together with a bathroom and bedroom off to one side. There are further bedrooms and a bathroom on the next level but as it was just the two of us staying we didn't bother to explore too much up there. A small outside furnished balcony completes the picture and overall I would definitely score this appartment an A star. We travelled to Laruns from Spain over the Pyrenees and the scenery is spectacular. The town of Laurens is very nice with enough bars and restaurants to keep you happy. We also travelled over to the next village of Eaux Bannes and did a short walk called the Promenade Horizontal, and the views over the valley back to Laurens are breathtaking. We wish we could have stayed more than one night in this fabulous accommodation and I would not hesitate in recommending it.

Jacques and his family/team did everything possible to insure our happiness, comfort and satisfaction. Super friendly. The downstairs area was cozy with a fireplace and lovely tables for snacks and breakfast, which was healthful and delicious . The steam, bath and massage activities were delightful. We will definitely return to this unique and rustic spot.
