When i arrived, the door code was not working. I called their contact number, and Monica was very fast to respond to the problem and quickly solved it. The place is phenomenal. It's super clear and super comfortable. It's very close to all the attractions of the city. I would recommend it over any 5 star hotel.

We would also like to thank Ms. Jolanta for her outstanding service during breakfast—she made our mornings even more enjoyable. She is a consummate professional in every way. The service from the entire team was exceptional – we felt genuinely cared for. We will definitely be back.

One of the best I've stayed at in London, for a reasonable price.
