Nuestra habitación era muy pequeña, pero bonita, era de las más baratas y no tenía frigorífico, pero el trato fue igual de exquisito.

Great location, close to porthmadog village that has groceries and shops to buy your needs, platinum lodge was an amazing place, very clean, has everything you need and very functional, nice terrace close to the river, the lodge was 86b. The park is very quite and everyone around is very friendly. Kitchen was fully equipped with brand new items.

Florence is a wonderful and thoughtful host. We stayed just before Christmas and the touches like mince pies were lovely. Florence kept us informed if other guests were checking in, too.

We received a very warm welcome from Martin and Mel and we're able to check our bags in early. After an energetic walk up Hergest Ridge, we returned to find all thr pretty christmas tree lights on and the fire roaring, it all looked so inviting. Our room (number 1) was perfect, very comfy bed and stunning views of the valley. We enjoyed a wonderful meal by the fire in the evening and breakfast in the morning was spot on. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the summer.

This was a perfect Friday night get away. The hot tub was great. The toilet and showering facilities were separate to the cabin which was really nice. Communication with the host before our stay was fantastic. Would definitely be visiting again.

You definitely need more than one night in this cozy little Wigwam—it was absolutely worth it. The view is stunning, and I loved the low-lying fog in the morning while sipping tea and dunking my Welsh cakes. Everything felt very clean, and the bedding smelled fresh. There’s no WiFi, so try to unplug and stay off your phone—though I didn’t do the best job of that. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated them accommodating me with an extra 30 minutes. I 100% recommend it. My only regret is not staying longer.

It exceeded my expectations 👌 It has a gorgeous view and the location is perfect. Just a few steps away is the bus stop that takes you to the park entrance to start climbing and exploring the mountain. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless, and the shower is amazing, steaming hot with good water pressure. You enjoy taking a shower like at home. They also provide shampoo and shower gel, which is amazing in case we forget. The beds are very comfortable, and they include a towel, which is a plus I loved.
