We really appreciated the help we weee given to book train tickets and to purchase car parking. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is in a great location to see the main attractions.

The lighting and arrangment of furniture, bed and bathroom was flawless and funtional. Even to the smallest detail of finding my favorite soap, seeing all the lights, switches and power outlets in the perfect place really goes to show the effort made to make my stay the most comfortable and relaxing I've had. The self check-in process was easy and comfortable, the staff excellent, and the location perfect for those wanting to enjoy the real energy of Kutaisi. The inspiring modern design of Rotel has motivated me to make chages in my own home. All in all, if I could give more than 10 I would. Bravo to all people involved in making this Hotel.

The place is very clean and the room is spacious. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. We arranged a tour with them as well and you can pay either cash or card. We had a nice breakfast too. If we will come back in the future we will definitely stay here again.

I booked this guest house and went there as a stranger but left having made a friend. Marie and her daughter couldn’t have done more for us .i have never felt so welcome anywhere .Marie epitomises true hospitality and generosity.my experience in Georgia was enhanced by meeting Marie and talking to her . Would loved to have stayed longer in her fascinating home ! Highly recommended!,

The apartment was very clean, with two comfortable bathrooms and strong water pressure. Several supermarkets, greengrocers, and a pharmacy were conveniently close. Overall, a very comfortable apartment for a family stay.
