The apartment was great fit for me and my friends. The host, Mr. Panagiotis, and his mother were great and very helpful to us. We were provided snacks in the kitchen, the AC was working well and the apartment was very clean.

We stayed in the pre-season for 1 week and there was absolutely nothing to complain. Big appartment with a fully equipped little kitchen. We slept like babies ☺️ The bathroom is a little small but was totally fine (even to shower 😉). We stayed on the 1st floor and had a lovely view to the sea. Our host Francesco was the most nice guy and was always in a good mood. He was so supportive and had an answer to all our questions. Thanks for having us ☺️

We spent a week here at the end of July and it was simply perfect. The house has every comfort you could need, it’s very clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s also a huge patio outside, which was amazing. The location is really strategic: it’s in an elevated area, quiet and isolated, so you definitely need a car to get around, but it’s great because it’s close to all the most beautiful beaches of Kos, including Paradise Beach which is only a 5-minute drive away. The property is family-run and we enjoyed both their private beach club — which was wonderful, as the beach is not touristy and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing — and their restaurant, where the food was truly excellent and of very high quality. One of the best parts of our trip was definitely the staff: we felt so warmly welcomed, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Annoula Studios and Apartments er byggt á hefðbundinn hátt og er staðsett í aðeins 5 metra fjarlægð frá Silver-sandströndinni á Kardamaina-dvalarstaðnum. Natasha met us at the airport on arrival and it set the perfect tone for our stay! Our whole family loved it! The beach was great. We loved Anna's the restaurant downstairs. The location was perfect!

The communication with Mr Angelos was great, we arrived from Kos by bus and found Level Houses easily. The concept of small connected houses is really cool. Each "apartment" has three levels and two terraces that allow guests to enjoy the shade/sun depending on their preferences. The bed was really comfortable and the decor simple but nice. We were welcomed by the owner's lovely mother who left us some cookies and a homemade jam as a gift which was a pleasant surprise.

Rooms clean and comfortable, quiet. We had a car so easy to get to. If needed you can rent a car from the property. The owner and his family are so friendly and helpful.The continental breakfast is huge, many choices. Fresh baking. We would stay here again .

The owners were really friendly, they were able to help with any questions we had. The breakfast was very good with a changing variation each morning. The beach was a 10-minute-walk from the apartment.
