The staff was super welcoming and attentive, and arriving there with our pet we were curious how he would be treated. This place is the true definition of pet friendly, with everything prepared for him as much as it was for us. The facilities are super clean, the rooms have just about anything you would need. We had an issue with hot water the night we arrived, and despite how late it was, the technician resolved the issue in no time. It would be hard to consider anywhere else but here for a stay on this lovely island.

Excellent views along the coast from the room balcony, super sweet host, dedicated parking spots, and a few minutes drive from Karlovasi. Nice swimming from the beach that is just below the property and quite a few fish to check out by snorkeling. Quick internet serviced by SpaceX Starlink. Our studio room had two twin beds in the living area and a double/queen bed in the bedroom. The living area had a small kitchen with a small fridge, hot plate, pots, pans, dishes, drip coffee maker, and water heater. Enjoyable stay and would happily stay again!

Kokkari is the best place to stay on Samos and Θέα is the best place to stay in Kokkari. The apartment is small but it is very clean and has everything you need. The view from the apartment is phenomenal, you are literally two steps away from the see and in the heart of Kokkari. The host is very friendly and helpful, we were welcomed with a nice bottle of local wine and he offered us a bottle of self made olive-oil when we left (which we unfortunately couldn't take on the plane). We will come back to this beautiful island and come back to Θέα!

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday right next to the water, you are in for a real treat. The location was absolutely fantastic, Poseidonio is paradise. You can spend your days swimming, snorkelling & canoeing, eating in (equipped kitchen & outdoor table & chairs) or dining out (nice restaurants within walking distance), chatting to the lovely neighbours (locals & guests) and enjoying the sunshine on the comfortable sun loungers or swinging bench. The passing by or day visiting boats also provide some good energy to the area and there is a small supermarket you can reach by foot.

We spent almost 1 day on the terrace. very peaceful and beautiful house. the people around are also extra helpful, very sweet people. the owner is very helpful in everything, not only about the house but also for exploring the island. perfect!

Serenity Villa ay matatagpuan sa Kerveli, 6.9 km mula sa Profitis Ilias, 11 km mula sa Agios Spyridon, at pati na 11 km mula sa Archaeological Museum of Vathi of Samos. We had a peaceful holiday in a private bay with a few houses, in a private area with stunning views. There was also a lovely tavern in the adjacent bay. While the roads aren't very good, you can easily get around with a decent car and some experience. Stella was very sweet and hospitable. We plan to go again.
