I wish they weren't closing for the season the day after I arrived or else I would have spent my entire vacation in Zakynthos with them. (I stayed at five different places in my time in Zakynthos and no other place even came CLOSE to the quality and value.)

Really quiet in the night, surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees. The host family is the best! The room is not the latest fashion but really comfortable and have everything you need for the perfect holiday.

Good environment and quiet. Victor is also very nice to provide help and food suggestions to us. Overall is a good experience.

Certain units at the property include a balcony with a sea view. It’s a very nice place for a vacation in Zakynthos, Laganas, you can even get a sea view from some rooms (if not from all). The location is easy to find and close to multiple beaches, including the cameo island. As they are a studio building they don’t have a reception but the host’s phone number is displayed all over in the front yard and also in the room. The rooms look exactly like in the pictures and are clean and tidy with all the facilities that you need. The internet and AC are working great. The host is a very nice person that will help you with anything you may need or with every problem that you have. They also have a big front yard where you can park and a rental shop just next door if you want to rent a vehicle. You can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches within a walkable distance.

The restaurant was excellent, the steak was really good and made with ingredients from their own farm. The view was beautiful and the whole place had a calm, village-like vibe.
