It was really good. A great place to stay if you are traveling with your family. The location is great, close to atractions such as Aurora Zoo and Mundo Petapa. The apartment was very clean. We all felt very comfortable.

The location is perfect to take a break from the city, although there is a road right in front of the houses so you'll be hearing cars passing by, or trucks. The staff's service was excellent and even if you are by yourself you'll get a daily visit from Goldie the landlord's friendly four-legged companion.

that it’s pet friendly and it’s only 10 dollars a night

I stayed one night before a flight from Guatemala City. Big plus that they accept pets, I had my dog with me. Small and basic room, but the bed was comfortable and it was clean. Good enough for just one night. Very friendly man who runs it, very helpful. I left early in the morning and don't know if there was any breakfast except coffee.
