The room was comfortable and the family was amazing. We were there on Christmas morning so we had Christmas tamales for breakfast and one of the hosts waited with us outside while we waited for our shuttle.

The property was beautiful! It has amazing lake views, the staff was very attentive and friendly, and the location was ideal (very easy to get around on a Tuk Tuk). We stayed here as a family of 4 and it was great! Definitely recommend for your next stay!

Everything was extremely good! Juanita is an excellent host. She showed kind, friendly and informative about how to find her BNB - you should to take a tuk tuk BTW. The stunning view of the lake form her house made to love it even more - also it is necessary to mention the Guatemalan traditional breakfast was delicious. The experience worth it a lot. It a bit noisy because of the next houses but it's part of the really Guatemalan experience. We'll come backto stay there when we return to Santa Cruz soon. ¡Gracias Juanita!

Very well equipped apartment with the most comfortable bed. The location is fantastic, with quiet bedrooms. Samuel, the host, was attentive and so friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious. Wish we stayed longer!

Amazingly scenic and comfortable lakefront room. The staff is very friendly and acommodating and the room has everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. You can take a boat right to the property so that you don't have to carry your bags a long way along the lakeside path. We stayed for New Year's Eve and the view of the fireworks displays from all the towns around the lake was exceptional.
