Þessi 3 stjörnu dvalarstaður er með garð og loftkæld herbergi með ókeypis WiFi og sérbaðherbergi.... We loved our stay at Wavealokam beach retreat. The owner and her team are super friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was also delicious. The owner also offered us to checkout late since our taxi was scheduled to arrive early afternoon. Regarding the location as well, we were super happy. The edava beach is just a 5 min walk away and is non- touristy. We enjoyed a private beach most times of the day. The ride to the north cliff is also just 10 mins away and the resort usually helps arrange a cab/tuktuk. Overall we would wholeheartedly recommend this stay and look forward to coming back again in the future :)

Jee Homestay er staðsett í Alleppey, nálægt Alleppey-ströndinni, Thumpoly-ströndinni og Alleppey-vitanum og er með garð. Nice peaceful and cosy place, feels like home away from home. It’s close to the beach and has a great rooftop to chill. The coffee and chai here is excellent and the muesli bowl is phenomenal. Ask for sound healing, it was a wonderful experience.

Riverrootsstays er með útsýni yfir ána og býður upp á gistirými með verönd, í um 45 km fjarlægð frá Varkala-klettinum. Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að verönd og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Amazing location next to one of the small rivers. The family is lovely and they cook amazing food. They don't live in the house, but they are very attentive and arrange any meal you need (the mum cooks really good!) any tour or train ticket. The house is in a quiet area, away from any road or noise.

Barefoot Hostels, Varkala er staðsett í Varkala og er í innan við 500 metra fjarlægð frá Varkala-strönd. Það er með garð, reyklaus herbergi, ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna á gististaðnum og verönd. I had a hard time leaving the place as it is amazing!!!

We are so happy we found this place in Alleppey and stayed in home of this wonderful family! I booked the room for just one night, but we liked everything so much that we extended our stay for more 10 days. The atmosphere here is very warm and pleasant, the people are kind and welcoming! We became very close during this time and truly felt like part of the family. We also got to know more about the local culture and traditions, and even celebrated Easter together. I’m very grateful to Francis and Jeeja for their hospitality and the delicious breakfasts — you can feel the love and care in every dish. This is now a special place for us, a place we would love to return to! The rooms are also very nice — clean, comfortable, there is a balcony and terrace in the house. The location is also great. Only 3-minute walk to the beach. There’s also a fantastic restaurant nearby — “Viggy’s Sea-side Resto”. We really enjoyed it.

Hammock Beach Home er staðsett í Alleppey, 300 metra frá Alleppey-ströndinni, og býður upp á loftkæld herbergi með ókeypis WiFi og flýtiinnritun og -útritun. It was clean, comfortable and the host Mohammed was so attentive and helpful. He helped us out with the backwaters tour and anything else we needed. The location was great too with cafes just around the corner and the beach across the road.
