Beautifully renovated centuries-old building. Wonderfully varied breakfast featuring local foods and specialties. Breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room with antique furniture, including a wood-fired stove where foods and beverages were heated up. Fabio and Elisa were wonderful, personable hosts. Heating was independently controllable in each room. Hope to stay here again on my next trip!

Had a fantastic stay at Podere Paradiso, sad it was only one night. The mountains are beautiful and the location so peaceful. You can also have dinner there and enjoy some of their delicious local products. The room was comfortable and clean, but I think the highlight of the stay were the people, Monia and Alberto. There was an unexpected snow storm overnight and Monia and Alberto basically saved us, helping us get our car on the road and then driving us halfway down the mountain until it was safe (as I had never driven on snow before and our car wasn’t 4x4). They went completely out of their way to help us and did it all with a smile on their faces. Sooo grateful for all their help!! Probably wouldn’t have made it off the mountain without them ❤️

Exceptional value for money. This apartment is relatively basic but it very clean and has everything you need. We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) Peaceful & quiet village about 10 minutes drive to Abetone. We found everyone very friendly and kind.
